Bishop Donahue Student-Athletes were honored during the annual Sports Banquet held May 8,2010. Andrew Smith was the recipient of Kerwood award as the top Senior male athlete. The female Sportsmanship award was presented to Cassie Campbell. Allison Smith received the Chester Zimla award. The McCulley award for male sportsmanship was given to Justin Otte. 3rd Annaul DRESS FOR SUCCESS TEA |

The 3rd annual Dress for Success Tea was held May 6, 2010. Sponsored by the Development Office, the purpose of the event is to encourage, motivate, instruct, guide and educate our young women as they prepare for life after high school and beyond. All BDHS females were invited to bring guests and business attire was required. Special thanks to Mrs. Donna Krupica for organizing another successful event for our young ladies.

Andrew Smith selected as Elk's Athlete of the Month |

Senior Andrew Smith has been honored as the Wheeling Elks Lodge No. 28 Marshall County Athlete of the Month for April. Elks member Jeff Miller recently presented the award to Andrew. Selected by a committee, Andrew was recognized for his athletic ability, performance on the court, character and leadership skills. Congratualtions Andrew! |

Athletic Board to Host 300 Club Dinner/Raffle |
|
The Bishop Donahue Athletic Board will host their annual 300 Club Dinner and Raffle on April 24. The event is held in the school gymnasium. The doors open at 6:00 p.m., appetizers will be served from 6:30 to 7:30 and dinner will be served from 7:30 to 8:30 with the drawing beginning immediately after dinner. |
