NEW WV HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Beginning in the fall of 2012, West Virginia 7th graders and 12th graders will have to show proof that they have had their Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) shot in addition to their MCV4 or Meningitis shot(s). High school seniors will need a second dose of MCV4 or the meningitis vaccine if the first shot was received before their 16th brithday. Please view promotional materials below.
